1. Introduction
Welcome to FinhubLink. We provide a connected accounting and business ecosystem through FinhubLink.com. By accessing or using our services, digital learning materials, and physical products (collectively, "Our Offerings"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Our Offerings. By using Our Offerings, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Offerings
3.1 Professional Services
We offer advisory sessions, consultations, and support tasks related to accounting processes, bookkeeping guidance, and operational recommendations.
3.2 Digital Learning Materials
We provide online courses, e-books, templates, and guides ("Digital Content"). Access to Digital Content is delivered electronically upon purchase.
3.3 Physical Products
We supply books, tools, and branded merchandise ("Goods"). Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
4. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate and complete information when signing up or placing an order. You agree not to misuse Our Offerings or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 Services
Users may request cancellation of scheduled advisory sessions at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are not eligible for a refund due to reserved resources. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge. Sessions that have commenced are non-refundable, as resources have been allocated.
Transfer Option: Users may transfer a scheduled service to another date or assign it to another individual, subject to availability and at no additional fee.
6.2 Digital Learning Materials
All Digital Content is delivered instantly and is therefore non-refundable once accessed. However, if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of a course or e-book within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us via Contact Form. Upon approval, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Transfers between Digital Content items are not available.
6.3 Physical Products
You may return unopened Goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be initiated via Contact Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
7. No-Refund Scenarios
Certain promotional or bundled Services and Digital Content are offered at special rates or free of charge and are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This policy is necessary due to preparatory resource allocation and exclusive access provided.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Our Offerings at any time for violations of these Terms or for abusive conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on FinhubLink.com—including text, graphics, logos, and layouts—are the property of FinhubLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FinhubLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Our Offerings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
